Order Processing

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

Failure to pay applicable duties or tariffs may result in delayed delivery, return of the package, or abandonment by customs. Any additional costs resulting from this will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Maryam Qasim Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Maryam Qasim Boutique is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We will, however, assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier where applicable.
Returned or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned or refused due to unpaid duties, tariffs, or incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
