Return Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. You may also choose to personally deliver the product to our location.
Please note that shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and unworn
- With all tags and packaging intact
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed accordingly.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Sale items
- Jewelry
- Handwork outfits
- Wedding wear (NEW)
- Altered or customized products (NEW)
- Any item clearly marked as “No Refunds/Exchanges” in its description
Return Window
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within:
7 days of purchase OR 7 days of delivery (whichever is applicable).
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
