Return Shipping/Delivery
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs or delivering their product to our location for a return or exchange. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Any returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Window
Items that do not fall under the above non-returnable categories will be accepted for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of delivery.
