Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times calculated upon checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- We ship from Calgary, Alberta
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the you with the total of the items, excluding the shipping fee, and ask that you re-submit your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Shipping discruptions can occur and our team will try our best to resolve any that is why we do not guarantee shipment time expectations.
Within Canada
For calculated shipping rates: Approximate Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $3 flat rate shipping to orders above $99.99 in Canada and USA only

Due to changes in shipping rates and order weight, your order will be shipped through the method (any Canada Post services) that is within the range of the shipping fee you were charged. All orders shipped within Canada will include a tracking number.
Local delivery (Calgary, Alberta)
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Calgary and areas. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 9pm on Mon-Sun, unless otherwise contacted.
In the case that the customer is not available or not at home, the order will be placed at the front door and customer will also be notified through their provided phone number or email.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping/delivery fees with free local pickup at 30 Skyview Point Rise NE. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
*Cash on pick up orders must be picked up within 48 hours, if failed to do so the unpaid order will be cancelled. Customer must contact us for further information.
USA Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maryam Qasim Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
USA orders will most likely be shipped through Small Packet USA Air, this method does not include tracking.
International Shipping

International shipping expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. Order can be delivered to you in within 7 days, or your order can also be delivered to you in 40 days.
